H2 Home Collection Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at H2 Home Collection!
We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you are not eligible for a refund and/or exchange.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
- If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
- To start the process please send us an email at contact@h2homecollection.com and put EXCHANGE/RETURN in the subject line. Exempt Goods The following are exempt from refunds:

GET YOUR REFUND OR EXCHANGE!
We inspect all items once your return is received. You can expect your refund within 8-10 business days following the receipt of your return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Return Shipping!
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are exchanging, your exchange will be shipped with no cost shipping, unless you request expedited shipping.
